250 | g | Fresh mushroom |

To prepare the Mushroom soup with shrimp recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean and chop the mushrooms and onions. Melt the butter in a pan and let the onions become clear. Add lemon juice and mushroom. Add the broth and white wine-let the soup simmer about 5 minutes. Add cream and let Cook about 5 min. Add shrimp and let them heat through in the soup, it should not boil.
Parsley chopped and sprinkled over the soup by serving. If the soup is too thin can it possibly. be smoothed over with a butter bun of 20 g of butter and 2 tbsp. flour. It is added in this case before the prawns. The soup should cook through with butter bun.
It's all served with coarse home-baked bread and dry white wine.
