Instructions for Mushroom cream soup
To prepare the Mushroom cream soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the mushrooms and shallot. Save some sliced mushrooms to garnish Saute them quickly in butter until clear. Pour the broth and boil it for 3 minutes. Take the Pan from the heat and playing the soup cream and egg yolk is stirred together and poured in while stirring. Warm the soup through it must not boil as the egg yolks will otherwise discard. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with champion slices and thyme.
