250 | g | Shallot or small yellow onions |
4 | dl | Vegetable or tomato juice |

Arrow the bulbs and cut them in half or quarters depending on the size of the loops. Season the onions 3-4 min. On the forehead of the fat. Add the juice and let the onions boil approx. 5 min.
