Ingredients for Moussaka 02

1 | dl | Tomato puree |
100 | g | Grated cheese |
4 | clove | Garlic |

5 | dl | Bechamel sauce |
600 | g | Aubergines |
600 | g | Minced beef |
800 | g | Potatoes |
Instructions for Moussaka 02
To prepare the Moussaka 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sweat the chopped onion and garlic first, then swab the meat. Add tomato sauce and tomato casserole, + spices and salt and pepper.
Cut the potatoes and aubergines in about ½ cm thin slices and raise the eggplant in oil.
Once you've done it, start by placing all the potato slices in a greased dish and justify them. Now take aubergines and put them on top and then the meat and finally take your bechamel sauce on top, sprinkle with fried cheese.
Bake it in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes.
tips:
After 45 minutes, a baking sheet can be put into the groove over the mousakka so it will not burn at the top.
