Ingredients for Mother's potato salad
0.5 | tsp | Pepper |
1.5 | kg | Boiled potatoes |
2 | dl | Vinegar |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | dl | Water |
4 | tbsp | Sugar |
4-5 | Sliced onion | |
50 | g | Margarine |
Instructions for Mother's potato salad
To prepare the Mother's potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
The margarine is melted and the sliced onions are exchanged for a few minutes until ready, but brown.
Water and vinegar added. The sliced onions boil tenderly for approx. 2 min. Spices are added.
The potatoes are cut into slices and placed in the pan covered with a tight lid. The potatoes are heated at low heat approx. 10 min.
The pot can be shaken in between. Stirring makes the potatoes matte, so beware of it.
