Ingredients for Mother's meatball

2 | dl | Chopped onion |
2 | Bay leaves | |
2 | tbsp | Breadcrumbs |
2-3 | Eggs | |
250-300 | g | Minced beef |
30-40 | g | Margarine |
400 | g | Mushroom/vegetables |
Instructions for Mother's meatball
To prepare the Mother's meatball recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season the onions in fat until they are ready. Add the chopped meat and stir until it has split.
Add curry, salt and pepper and let the curry sweat a little. Add mushrooms / vegetables and rasp.
Mix it all well. Pour the mixture into a greased refractory dish.
Whip egg and milk / cream together and pour the egg mixture over the meat. Plug with a fork to spread the egg mass. Plug laurel leaves in the dish.
Put the dish in the water bath and behind the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 40 min. Until the egg mass is stiffened.
Serve the dish with fluffy flute.
tips:
You can use either milk or cream or a mixture for the egg mass.
