To prepare the Morkelsauce - Morkel sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The onions are peeled and chopped and they are boiled in red wine until cooked to half. Then the fund will come on. The sauce boils further while adding the morkels. They cook in the sauce for five minutes and then fished with cloves. The sauce is mixed with butter and seasoned with salt, pepper and fresh thyme, while the mushrooms return to the sauce. Now it must not boil but just keep warm.
