200gSieve flour, spelt
25gYeast
400gWheat flour
500gWholemeal spelt flour
8dlCold water

Instructions for Morfars Speltboller

To prepare the Morfars Speltboller recipe, please follow these instructions:

Salt, yeast and honey are stirred together into a liquid dish in a large dish.
Scrub, water and rapeseed oil are well mixed together.
The coarse spelled flour is added and stirred until all the lumps are gone. Then add spelled flour and wheat flour and mix into a uniform dough.
The dough is covered and poured into the refrigerator overnight.
Next day the dough is molded into 18 buns on two baking plates.
The buns are baked for 30 minutes in a preheated oven of 200 degrees (hot air 180 degrees).
