Instructions for Molokhiya
To prepare the Molokhiya recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil water with onion, salt, bay leaves and cardamom in a small gazepose. Put the chickens in and cook them until they are tender. Cut them into nice pieces and raise them. Remove the herb bag and moss loose. Boil the soup, add the frozen Molokhiya and stir until it is completely dissolved. Season with spices and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes (not for LONG, as boiling the molokhiya will make it go to the bottom) put on the soup. Mix the crushed garlic with salt and stewed coriander and turn it golden on a pan. Get it in the molokhiya, where it will simmer for a few minutes. Finally pour the lemon juice into.
tips:
Served with rice and bread. The Egyptians also eat a lot with the rabbit.
