¼tspCumin seeds
½tspSea salt
½dlRed wine vinegar
1tbspCayenne pepper
2Dried red chili
dlOlive oil
3cloveGarlic
4Dried habanero pepper

Instructions for Mojo Picon Sauce

To prepare the Mojo Picon Sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the dried habanero peppers to soak in warm water for 15 minutes. Drain and dry peberne well. Remove the seeds.

Crush pepper, garlic, chili and salt to a fine lot in a mortar or blender.

Mix in cumin and cayenne pepper.

Add the olive oil gradually until it is completely mixed together. Add the vineddiken and a water if the sauce is too thick to smuggle contraband.
