Instructions for Mississippi mudpie - Brothers Price
To prepare the Mississippi mudpie - Brothers Price recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Soft butter, sugar and eggs are whipped well with machine. Then the flour is stirred in a little while. Mix melted chocolate, cocoa, vanilla and nuts. Bake in spring form with baking paper for 25-30 minutes at 190 degrees. The foamed slices / marshmallows are cut into smaller pieces and spread on the hot cake, then baked for 10 minutes until the foam is melted and golden. Cool.
The glaze is stirred into the hot melted chocolate and cooled before it is spread over the cold cake. Put on the kettle minimun 1 hour before serving.
tips:
Can be served with coffee ice cream consisting of: 10 egg yolks 200 grams sugar 1/2 l whipped cream 2 1/2 dl creme fraiche 38% a cup 4-6 double espresso or instant coffee. Plums and sugar whipped whites before fried cream, coffee and cream fry gently stir in. Freeze at least 6 hours before serving.
