To prepare the Mint butter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mint rinse and dry, the leaves chopped very fine being projected. The butter is soft in a small bowl, stir lemon juice is added drop by drop, the chopped Mint mixed in, and the mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
Form Mint butter into a drop-down on a piece of aluminum foil, wrap foliet stuck around the butter and let it be at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator before it should be used.
