200 | g | Ham strips cooked |
5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
700 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Minipizzaer I
To prepare the Minipizzaer I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Let the dough raise for 45 minutes and roll out to approx. 25 small pizzas approx. 11 sm. In diameter, blended for 5 minutes at 225 degrees C. alm. oven.
Distribute the tomato sauce over the pizzas, pour on and cover with cheese. Sprinkle with oil.
Bake another 5-10 min - depending on how big they are.

Homemade tomato sauce:
1 onion
2 tablespoons of oil
1 ds. peeled tomatoes
1-2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
oregano
Onion is chopped in oil, then garlic and chopped tomatoes. Boiled for 15-20 min. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
