4Hard boiled eggs

Instructions for Mimose eggs

To prepare the Mimose eggs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Half the eggs lengthwise and remove the flowers. Put the egg whites in a ring on a large dish. Fill them with caviar.

Rinse the salad head and leave the leaves. The heart is reassembled and arranged in the middle of the eggs, as many as there is now room for.
