Instructions for Mexican lasagna with bechamelsauce
To prepare the Mexican lasagna with bechamelsauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the beef in a pot,
Then onion and garlic.
Then mix the onions and meat with the chopped chopped tomatoes and put the spices in.
Then either milk or cream.
Bechamelsauce: melt 25 g margarine and mix with flour, then mix with milk and cheese until it becomes a liquid sauce.
A frying dish is lubricated with margarine and the first layer of lasagne is added, followed by a layer of bechamel sauce and 3 lasagne plates. This procedure is repeated 3 times until all sauce is used. Cut the two tomatoes into small boats and put on top of the lasagna followed by grated cheese.
