Ingredients for Mexican chicken

Instructions for Mexican chicken
To prepare the Mexican chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut bacon slices into smaller pieces and grate them crisp in a pan take them up, pour the oil into the pan.
Party chicken into 8 pieces. Dry the chicken pieces well with paper towel and fry them on all pages in the fat in 15 min.
While the chicken FRY: chop onion and tomatoes, save the juice, cut garlic finely and's Chili's and cut them into narrow strips.
Take chicken pieces up and sauté onion, garlic and rice some minutes, stir often. Pour tomatoes in conjunction with chilies and cumin. Put the chicken pieces and bacon strips back into the pan.
Pour the broth, reduce the heat, put a lid on and let the right bugs in 1/2 time. Stir from time to time around, add a little tomato juice if the Court looks too dry out, boil without the lid for the last 10 minutes if there is too much moisture.
Stir in the peas, season to taste with hot chilli sauce and warm it all through.
