To prepare the Melon with passionfløde recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melon cut into quarters, seeds scraped out and pieces peeled off. The cream whipped stiff with vanilla and sugar. Passion fruits are halved, meat and grains scraped out and reversed in the cream skimmed. Cream foam served in melon boats and garnish with a little pasions fruit. The dessert in the freezer about 1 hour before it is served.
