Ingredients for Meatballs in oven

1 | Pork bouillon cube | |
1.5 | dl | Boiling water |
1.5 | dl | Organic skim milk |
2 | Egg whites | |
2 | Finely chopped onion | |
25 | g | Millet flakes |
400 | g | Minced meat (200 g 200 g pig and beef) |
75 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Meatballs in oven
To prepare the Meatballs in oven recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bouillon cube dissolved in the boiling water.
The milk is poured in order to cool it down a bit.
The flesh, the chopped onion, millet flakes, wheat flour and egg whites poured into a bowl and stir together.
Broth/milk fortified with forcemeat, little by little, stirring.
Add freshly ground pepper generously and forcemeat season with a little salt.
With a spoon shaped forcemeat for the meatballs, which is placed on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
Put in the oven at 200 C for approx. ½ hour for meatballs are delicious crunchy and golden.
Tips:
the remaining are good for the lunch box
