150gMozzarella. 30 + (fresh)
2Eggs
2tspBasil, dried
2tbspOil
2tspOregano, dried
2tspThyme, dried
200gBacon, sliced
200gOnion
400gPuff pastry
500gBeef, chopped about 10% fat

Instructions for Meatballs de lux

To prepare the Meatballs de lux recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the bacon into smaller pieces and rinse it almost crisp and place in a bowl. Season the chopped onion and garlic into the oil, add the meat and season it. Add the spices and bacon. Let it cool a little.
