150 | g | Mozzarella. 30 + (fresh) |

2 | tsp | Basil, dried |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tsp | Oregano, dried |
2 | tsp | Thyme, dried |
200 | g | Bacon, sliced |
200 | g | Onion |
400 | g | Puff pastry |
500 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |
Instructions for Meatballs de lux
To prepare the Meatballs de lux recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the bacon into smaller pieces and rinse it almost crisp and place in a bowl. Season the chopped onion and garlic into the oil, add the meat and season it. Add the spices and bacon. Let it cool a little.
Eggs, cream, rasp, salt and pepper whipped together.
Mix the meat filled and the egg mass.
Roll the butter dough and cut 8 strips into the flattened lid (can be omitted) .Platte a pie dish with butterdej and pour the filling in. Put the cheese on top and finally the flap lid.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Serve hot with a good salad and garlic cloves.
