To prepare the Meat pie with vegetables and cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Knead the dough and roll it out into a circle (ca. 25 cm. in diameter), and then put it in a greased pie dish. Forbag tart bottom for 5 min at 200 c. Brown the minced beef and let the chopped onions and grated carrots simmer for 5 min., stirring. Stir in the chopped tomatoes in the meat mixture and season with basil, salt and pepper. Advantage of meat mixture in tart bottom and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Whisk eggs, egg whites and milk together and pour over. Advantage of the fresh tomatoes over as garnish.
