1000gCod (tail-piece)

2Bay leaves
200gMayonnaise
200gLumpfish ROE (gutted)
400gShrimp

Instructions for Masked cod

To prepare the Masked cod recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the cod piece in salted water with whole peppercorns and Bay leaves in about 15 mins. Remove gently the piece up with a slotted spoon and remove the skins and bones, without destroying the fish's shape. Put the cod on a serving dish and pour out a little pickle over. Let it be completely cold-like to the next day.

Flavor mayonnaise with sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Advantage an even layer of dressing over the fish and place the prawns close this. Top up with lumpfish ROE. Garnish with dill sprigs no first just before serving.
