Instructions for Marzipan leaf
To prepare the Marzipan leaf recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: break up the butter into the flour. Make a recess in the middle and beat the egg out. Sprinkle sugar over. Knead the dough together quickly. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out dough udi ½ cm thickness and plug the cakes out with a leaf shape or cut it out for a template about 4 x 6 cm. put the cakes on a greased baking sheet and bake them in a hot oven at 200 degrees C for about 15 minutes. They must be very bright.
Marzipan: Knead marcipanen with icing and Rome and roll it thin out on a Board sprinkled with a little icing. Jack marcipanen out with the same form as mørdejen.
Swipe a thin layer of jam on the cold cakes and put them together two and two with marzipan from.
Glaser cakes with icing that is touched up with rum and water.
