To prepare the Marinated Wild boar chops or chopped chops recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir a marinade of red wine, water, pepper and mustard. Let the chops draw a day. Wipe the meat with a kitchen roll and rub it with pepper and salt. Stir the cutlets in oil approx. 6 min. on every side. Take them off the forehead and keep them warm. Chop the bulbs roughly and wrap them on the forehead. Sprinkle with peppers. Say the marinade and pour it on. Smooth the sauce with the flour that has been stirred in a little water. Let the pears dripping and warm them in butter on a pan. Put the chops on a dish, fill the bulbs with cranberry jam and place them next to it. Pour a little of the sauce. The wild boil chops are served with potato croquettes or hazelnut and the rest of the sauce in a bowl.
