Instructions for Marinated potato salad
To prepare the Marinated potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are scrapped and boiled approx. 20 minutes until they are tender. If you are unsure whether the potatoes are cooked you can check it by tapping them with a fork and if the fork easily releases the potato, they are done. The water is poured from the potatoes and allowed to cool.
Parsley, garlic and dill are rinsed, cut well and placed in a bowl.
Oil, water and vinegar are stirred together and poured in. Season with salt and pepper.
The raisins are rinsed, cleaned and cut into slices. The onions are peeled and cut into the tern.
The chilled potatoes are cut into slices and mixed with the onions and radishes.
The marinade is poured over the potato salad and drained in a refrigerator for approx. One hour before it is served.
tips:
The herbs can be replaced with fresh sage, oregano and basil.
