Instructions for Marinated lamb chops I
To prepare the Marinated lamb chops I recipe, please follow these instructions:
The lamb chops are rubbed thoroughly on both sides with pepper.
A marinade is mixed with olive oil, lemon juice and dried spices. The stuffed garlic clove is squeezed down into the marinade, and everything is well mixed together. Turn the chops in this marinade and put on top of each other in a bowl. The marinade is poured over and the meat draws under it for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Then the chops are roasted approx. 2 minutes on each side of a very hot griddle or a dry frying pan, while the marinade from the bowl is constantly dripping over.
Finally, the chops are sprinkled with salt and served very hot.
For this, tomato salad and flute are suitable
