To prepare the Marinated herring with curry salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the mushrooms into slices and steam them in 1 teaspoon. Oil on a pan until all the moisture is evaporated. Finally, they must not brown. Pour them onto a plate for cooling.
Taste mayonnaise with salt, pepper, curry, sugar and lemon juice and turn the mushrooms in.
Put the curry salad on a plate of herring and decorate with lettuce leaves and dill. Server crack bread or rye bread.
