Mix the marinade to the meat. Dip the meat dry and place it in a plastic bag. Pour marinade and let it marinate for 1-2 hours in a refrigerator.
Carrot, pepper, squash and mushrooms are cut into small terns, the cocktails are cut into quarters, smeared in thin boats and chilli chopped fine.

Grill the meat approx. 2½ minutes on each side and season with salt and pepper.
