100 | g | Torn marzipan |
150 | g | Soft butter |
240 | g | Wheat flour (about 4 cups) |
Instructions for Marcipankage IIII
To prepare the Marcipankage IIII recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Stir yeast into the milk. Add the remaining ingredients (hold some of the flour). Beat the dough well together. Cover it with a lid or aluminum foil and set it up for a slight spot for approx. ½ hour. Take the dough out on a crispy plate and knead it well. Add if necessary. The rest of the flour. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll them to round plates - approx. 30 cm in diameter. Put one plate on baking paper or greased baking sheet.
Fill: Divide the marcipan (not completely to the edge) and put the other plate over. Scroll the edges of the panels together towards the center (2 cm wide edge). Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bag it in the middle of the oven. Server cake lun.
