To prepare the Manor house steak with peas, homemade pomfritter and lemon mayonnaise recipe, please follow these instructions:

The beef meat is shaped into steaks, seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked either in oven at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Or on a forehead with a good coating.

The potatoes are rinsed and cut into thick spells. The potatoes are turned into a large bowl of salt and pepper and sprayed with oil and baked in the oven at 190 - 200 degrees for approx. 25 - 30 min, depending on the thickness.

The peas are easily salted and steamed for a short while.

Fromage frais stir with rapeseed oil and season with salt, pepper, lemon and sugar.
