To prepare the Mallorcan fish pot (Roaster) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the cod fillets into smaller pieces. Season them with salt, pepper and crushed garlic and put them in the gennemfugtede roaster.
Chop the onions coarsely and sprinkle them on. Put tomato slices over, so they cover the fish entirely.
Place Bay leaves on top. Pour the white wine and boil the fish, covered, at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 40 minutes, until it is tender. Remove Bay leaves.
For this dish is eaten spaghetti with tomato puree and grated cheese.
