To prepare the Maize bread with bananas, rum and raisins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sugar, oil and eggs are stirred together. Rome poured in.
The bananas are mashed and stirred in the mixture.
Flour, baking soda and spices are mixed and carefully put into the dough little by little. Before the last slat of flour mixture is added, the raisins are mixed in the flour.
It all comes in a greased form and baked in a preheated oven, 180 degrees, 45 - 60 minutes, or until the bread is baked.
