1 1/4 | cup | Vegetable soup |
1,5 | kg | Rabbit steeping in saltwater in an hour |
1/2 | cup | Chopped bacon |
1/2 | tbsp | Curry |
185 | g | Puff pastry |
2 | Apples in slices | |
2 | tsp | Lemon juice |
2 | tbsp | Flour |
2 | Muskatblomme leaves | |
2 | whole | Carnations |
Instructions for Luxus rabbit pie
To prepare the Luxus rabbit pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the rabbit into pieces and cook it covered with water, add salt, spices and bacon for approx. 1 1/2 hour. Take the rabbit up, cool it and roll the pieces into flour with curry. Place the pieces in a greased dish with layers of onions and apples. Decorate with bacon and parsley. Mix the vegetable soup, lemon and sauce and pour it over. Roll the batter to an approx. 6 mm thick layer and cover the dish with it.
Pour it in the oven for 10 minutes at 230 degrees and then 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
