Ingredients for Lunches Boller

Instructions for Lunches Boller
To prepare the Lunches Boller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rye kernels boil for two minutes with a little water (not included in ingredients, about 0.5 dl). It is taken off the blush and the milk is coming in here.
Yeast dissolves in the water and add salt and sugar. After which the rye and milk leaves are added. Then add sunflower kernels and whole wheat flour and wheat flour a little at a time. IT SHOULD BE MADE ON MACHINE. When the flour has arrived, add oil and let it stir for approx. 5 min. If necessary add extra flour until the dough releases the bowl.

They raise again 15 min, brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. They are baked at 200 ° C in hot air for approx. 12 min.
