Instructions for Lumberjack Bread
To prepare the Lumberjack Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
The water comes in a bowl. The yeast is melted in. Yams, salt, syrup, rye flour and wheat flour are added and the dough is kneaded. The dough was kneaded through the table until it was smooth. Sprinkle the bowl with a little and put the dough in. Set aside for a slanting place approx. 1 hour.
The dough is thrown down and divided into 16-18 pieces that are rolled into buns. A frying pan or round shape is lubricated with margarine. The balls are placed close to each other. A dish is laid over. Repeats approx. 20 minutes.
Brush with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds and birch. Raises approx. 10 minutes without being covered.
The oven is heated to 200 degrees. A refractory bowl of water is placed at the bottom of the oven. The balls are baked on the middle oven rib. 40 minutes.
The finished bread is turned out of the pan. When the loaves are cold, they break apart.
