To prepare the Low-fat salad in recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tuna drained of water through a strainer.
Stir in the Greek yoghurt with water, the coarsely chopped onion and salt and pepper to taste. Finally reversed the drained tuna and season with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
serves with white bread or crispbread.
