Instructions for Low fat pastry with apple and cinnamon
To prepare the Low fat pastry with apple and cinnamon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lukewarm milk and water. Dissolve yeast. The rest of the ingredients are added. Eat well and set aside for a warm place about 1 hour.
Meanwhile the filling is stirred together. Tear or pick the marcipan into pieces. The rest comes in and everything is well connected.
The dough is divided into 2 and rolled out to a rectangle that matches the length of the plate approx. 1 cm thickness. The filling will come on. Grease it on the whole dough and roll it together as a roulade. Put on the plate with the joint downwards. Raises again approx. 30 min.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with chopped almonds and tea sugar. Bake at 210 gr. (Hot air) for about 15 minutes until the pastries are golden and fine.
