Instructions for Lissis Meatballs
To prepare the Lissis Meatballs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Onions are cooked in the magarine until they are ready
Add the chopped meat until it has split add curry salt, pepper and let it sweat a little. Add coarse chopped mushrooms and peppers cut into small tern and rasp, pour the mixture into a greased refractory dish of whip egg and milk together, pour the egg yolk over the meat, plug with a fork to spread the mass, put the laurel leaves in.
In the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Served with flutes and salad.
