125gGreen or red lentils (the Red gives a nice color)
2Eggs
250gOnion
70gMelted or liquid margarine

Instructions for Linsepostej

To prepare the Linsepostej recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse the lenses and soften overnight (1 part lenses to 2 parts water).
Next day they cook for half an hour and excess water is poured out.
