Ingredients for Linsepostej
0.5 | dl | Cream |
0.5 | tsp | Curry |
0.5 | dl | Milk |
1.5 | tsp | Bouillon cube |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
125 | g | Green or red lentils (the Red gives a nice color) |
2 | Eggs | |
250 | g | Onion |
70 | g | Melted or liquid margarine |
Instructions for Linsepostej
To prepare the Linsepostej recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the lenses and soften overnight (1 part lenses to 2 parts water).
Next day they cook for half an hour and excess water is poured out.
All ingredients come in a blender and blend well.
Pour the cheese into small ovenproof dishes or molds and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
Small shapes a little less.
The poste can be frozen and suitable especially for laying.
tips:
Tip: If you have forgotten to take the dish off the freezer, thaw it easily into the microwave. The cream can easily be replaced by milk. Tastes well to a piece of freshly baked rye bread.
