350 | g | Spelt flour, sifted |
4 | dl | Water |
40 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Lightning-fast spelt muffins
To prepare the Lightning-fast spelt muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast in the lukewarm water and add the oil, salt and flour. Stir it all together into a sticky dough and got finally no more flour in-speltdej must be very sticky. Pipe the dough carefully and let it raise approximately 15 minutes.
