1 | small bunch | Basil |
1 | large | Carrot, diced |
1 | tbsp | Olive oil |
2 | bundle | Spring onions, chopped |
350 | g | Chicken tenderloin or inderfilet |
4 | dl | Wild risblanding |
50 | g | Sundried tomatoes, soft |

To prepare the Lightning Chicken Mash (Low Fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil in a large saucepan or wok and brown chicken meat well on all sides.
Bring the carrots on, stir until they are almost tender and then add the onions.
Step short on until the vegetables are tender but still have a bit of bite.
Add broth and sun-dried tomatoes and warm it all through. Turn the basil leaves in and serve with the rice mixture boiled with broth.
