Split peas, chana dal
Fresh kariblade
Can be made with cabbage or with cabbage and carrots
Little urad dal
1tspSalt
1 1/2tspMustard seed
3-4Green chili, cut in pieces

To prepare the Lightning cabbage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring some oil into the wok. There are sprouts, chana valley, and urad valley, mustard seeds and fresh caribbean leaves. And then stir around. Then green chili to your liking. Then stir around the spices. The peas should be pretty reddish. When they are ready, the cabbage-carrot mixture comes in. Stir around. Add salt. Mix it well. Vegetables must be soft. Water is actually not necessary. The lid is low, the heat is dampened and it simmer for 5 minutes. Then it is soft and fresh coconut comes to your liking. Get it in and stir together.
