50 | g | Butter |
6 | dl | Chicken broth |
Instructions for Lettuce soup
To prepare the Lettuce soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut lettuce into strips. Melt the butter in a saucepan, came the salad and the finely chopped onion and sauté it herein, for 10 minutes.
Came the broth and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Milk came in and warm it through.
Stir in corn flour out in a little cold water, and smooth soup.
Blend with a hand blender for a few minutes.
Season again, and serve with roasted franskbrøds croutons.
