1 | tsp | Tamari/soy sauce |
2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2 | dl | Red lentils |
Instructions for Lens Deller
To prepare the Lens Deller recipe, please follow these instructions:
1) Start boiling the red lentils in 5 dl water for 15-20 minutes. It must be stirred regularly.
2) Then stir onion, tahin, lemon juice, tamari, flour and all the spices in.
