Instructions for Lemon Chicken
To prepare the Lemon Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chickens are refurbished and dried with a kitchen roll. The lemons are washed and cut into thin slices.
Rub the chickens out and inside with salt and pepper. Bring garlic, lemon slices and rosemary into the chickens. Brush it with olive oil and leave if necessary. A few lemon slices over the chest. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
Place the chickens with your chest up in a refractory dish. It is browned in a 250 degree C. alm. Oven for 15 minutes.
Then turn down the oven heat and continue to 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 60 min.
Serve these beautiful crispy chickens with fresh pasta and lots of parmesan, as well as garlic marinated peppers.
