Instructions for Lemon Budding II
To prepare the Lemon Budding II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lay the house block, one leaf at a time, in cold water. Leave them for about 10 minutes and then press them free of water.
Share the eggs. Bring the flowers in a saucepan and whites in a large bowl. Pour sugar and milk into the saucepan and simmer it while still whipping until it gets thick. The cream must not boil, it easily separates, just simmer until it reaches the boiling point.
Bring the house blossom into the warm cream and stir until it is melted. Allow the cream to cool but stir it occasionally. Whip the whites to hard foam. Whip the cream so that it gets well stiff. Then mix the cream with lemon peel, lemon juice and whipped cream and finally turn the whipped egg whites into.
Pour the mass into one large bowl or 6 smaller serving bowls. Leave it cold for at least 4 hours.
