Ingredients for Lebkuchen

0.5Lemon finely grated to thereof
0.5tspFinely grated nutmeg
0.5tspSea salt
1tbspCocoa powder
1Rod vanilla (the grains scraped out)
1tspGround cinnamon
100gRoughly chopped dark chocolate
100gWhole hazelnuts in shell
100gWheat flour
2Oranges finely grated to thereof
200gCane sugar
250gWhole almonds in shell
3tbspHoney
4Eggs
5Whole cloves roasted in a dry hot frying pan and blended

Instructions for Lebkuchen

To prepare the Lebkuchen recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whisk eggs, cane sugar, sea salt and vanillekorn foamy in a large bowl. Blend almonds and hazelnuts in a food processor and got them up in a bowl. Mix nuts with seasoning in a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Gently flip the egg mixture therein. Line a baking pan (25x35 cm) with baking paper and pour the batter in it. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 30 mins. Refrigerate the cake and cut it into 3 x 3 cm cubes. Turn them into melted chocolate or eat them plain.
