Instructions for Lassen's birthday cake
To prepare the Lassen's birthday cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fat softened to the same consistency as mayonnaise, and stir together with the sugar for a uniform consistency. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring continuously, and then gluten added.
The finished stirred mass lubricated into 2 greased pie molds approx. 20 cm. In diameter.
Bake on the middle oven at 220 degrees C Groove in about 12 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
The cake is taken out of the mold immediately after baking and turned over on a piece of paper on which are sprinkled sugar.
