Ingredients for Lasagne ala Janni

Sugar
1trayMushrooms (finely chopped)
1glThe dolmio or other tomato souce
2cloveGarlic (crushed or chopped)
2tbspPizza seasoning or oregano/Basil
2Large onion (finely chopped)
2-4Carrots grated fine
4dlRice milk (alm milk can also be used)
500gMinced beef
8-10Grove lasagne sheets

Instructions for Lasagne ala Janni

To prepare the Lasagne ala Janni recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown onions and garlic in a hot pot.
Brown meat.
When the meat is browned add the spice. And let it simmer short.
Add tomato sauce and milk.
Bring it to boil and taste with salt and sugar. (Both sugar and salt emphasize the taste but do not use more than 1 tablespoon of sugar)
Spread a little sauce into the bottom of a refractory dish, serving lasagne plates in a smooth layer. Repeat to all the plates and the sauce is used.

If the sauce does not cover 100% up to the edge of the lasagna plates add some water on top of it, preventing the right from getting too dry.
Put the dish in a oven oven of 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
