Instructions for Lasagna without tomato
To prepare the Lasagna without tomato recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow and heel loosened roughly. Melt the fat or warm the oil into a pan and brown the onions in it. Add the chopped beef and turn well until it has a color.
Sprinkle flour over the meat and stir well. Bring broth, salt and pepper and let the dish spin by low heat and under tight lid for approx. 20 minutes.
Color with a few drops of color and taste with salt and pepper.
Mornay sauce:
The butter is melted and the flour is stirred in it. The milk is added slightly at a time during constant whipping. The sauce is seasoned with salt and pepper and finally added the sliced parmesan cheese.
Put a layer of mornay sauce on the bottom of a refractory dish, lasagne plates, and meat sauce. Continue until it's all used up and finish with mornay sauce on top, and finally a well-dried grated parmesan cheese.
The dish is put in the oven at 300 degrees C alm. Oven 30-40 minutes.
