To prepare the Lasagna with spinach pasta plates recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour 6 dl milk into a pan together with whole pepper, 1 bay leaf, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 onion. Bring this slowly under boil on medium heat and simmer for 20 min.
Meanwhile, the meat sauce can be cooked
Put 1 whole onion together with grated carrots and 2 grated garlic until they are "collapsed" - DO NOT brown. Then add oregano and merian and stir around. Add the meat and brown this. Season the tomato puree for approx. One minute with the meat. Add the red wine and let it reduce in the meat for approx. 7-8 minutes. Now add the peeled tomatoes, wostershire sauce and 4 dl of milk and 1 bay leaf. Leave this simmer with lid on medium low blouse for approx. 30 minutes. Season with freshly grated salt and pepper.
The milk is taken off the flask and sieved in a bowl. Melt the butter in a clean saucepan and add flour. Then add the milk from the bowl slowly while stirring in flour and butter. Add the morzarella cheese. Important that it is stirred well so that the milk does not burn. Season with salt, pepper and grated muskat.
Add the following ingredients to a refractory dish in order. 1 meat sauce - 2 lasagne plates - 3 white sauces - X3. (Depending on the size and depth of the dish)
Lasagne is placed in a preheated oven at 200C for approx. 30-35 minutes (hot air: 180C)
Remaining for approx. 15 min. Freshly parmasan cheese sprinkled over the lasagna before serving.
tips:
Fresh rosemary can possibly. Add to the milk during boiling to give it a little extra boost.
